By using RapidMed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
RapidMed helps you keep an emergency health profile and share it with a QR code. You can also manage privacy settings, medical records, and optional features like Google Drive, PWD verification, and healthcare professional verification. RapidMed is not a hospital, clinic, or emergency service, and it does not give medical advice.
Your emergency profile may contain sensitive health information. By completing sign up and using the app, you confirm that you have reviewed the required consent notices, including the explicit consent for processing health-related and other sensitive personal information needed to create and manage your RapidMed profile.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for making sure the information you add is accurate. This includes health details, emergency contacts, and any PWD or healthcare professional information you submit for review.
You choose whether each emergency profile section is visible to Public, Family, or Professional viewers. If you make a sensitive field public, anyone with your QR code or link may be able to view it. You are responsible for reviewing those visibility choices.
Google Drive connection is optional and separate from sign in. If you choose to connect it, you authorize RapidMed to work with medical files in your Google Drive for the medical files feature. You can disconnect the feature later, but files that already exist in your own Google Drive may remain there until you remove them from Google Drive.
If you apply for PWD verification, you must submit real and accurate details and clear images of your PWD ID. We may approve, reject, or ask you to submit again later if your PWD approval expires. After a request is approved or rejected, the uploaded ID images are deleted from our database. If your PWD approval expires, the PWD details will stop showing on supported parts of RapidMed until you renew and it is approved again.
If you apply for healthcare professional verification, you must submit real and accurate PRC license details and clear license images. We may approve, reject, or ask you to submit again later if your approval expires. After a request is approved or rejected, the uploaded license images are deleted from our database.
Do not misuse RapidMed. This includes trying to access another person's account or data, sharing false information, attempting to bypass privacy settings, or using the service in a way that breaks the law.
Some features, like Google Drive connection, QR scanning, PWD verification, healthcare professional verification, ads, analytics, or location-based hospital suggestions, rely on optional third-party services or device permissions. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices outside RapidMed.
We may update, improve, pause, or remove features at any time. We may also update these Terms and post the latest version on this page.
You may stop using RapidMed at any time. You may also delete your account through your account settings, subject to our Privacy Policy. If you delete your account, RapidMed removes app-side personal data, health data, tokens, Google Drive connection records, PWD records, and healthcare professional records linked to that account, including any pending verification images. Files that remain in your own Google Drive are still governed by your Google account.
