By accessing or using RapidMed, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
RapidMed lets you create an emergency medical profile and share it using a QR code. You control what information is visible to the public, family, or verified professionals. The service is for informational purposes and does not replace professional medical advice or emergency services.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. Do not share your password or OTP codes with anyone. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.
You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to access another user’s data, scanning QR codes without legitimate purpose, or using the service in a way that violates applicable laws.
The in-app QR scanner uses your device camera only when you choose to scan a code. You are responsible for granting or revoking camera access in your device or browser settings.
Your use of RapidMed is also governed by our Privacy Policy. You control privacy settings and decide what information is shared in each access mode.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We may also update these Terms and will post changes on this page.
You may stop using RapidMed at any time. You may permanently delete your account from Settings; see our Account deletion page for what is removed and how. Deletion is subject to our Privacy Policy.
RapidMed is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.
