How to remove your account and what we delete
Only you can delete your account while signed in. We ask for your current password and a typed confirmation (DELETE) so deletion is deliberate and not triggered by mistake or by someone with brief access to your device.
Permanent deletion removes your user record and associated data stored for your account, including profile fields, allergies, medications, conditions, emergency contacts, insurance entries, family access entries, professional profile (if any), and access logs where you are the profile owner. Pending verification codes tied to your email are also deleted.
If you appeared as a viewer in someone else's access log, those log rows may remain without identifying you as a user after your account is deleted.
Your QR link will stop working. You can create a new account later with the same email only after the previous account has been fully removed (sign-up will behave like a new user).
